We specialize in designing piping, 3D-piping layouts, skid design, clarifiers, filters, and heat exchanger designs. Our expertise extends to expansion joints in power plants, ACC, COP, steel plants, and FCCU. We handle fabrication and manage sizes around 200+ tons capacity with qualified welders in alloy, nickel, stainless steel, and carbon steel.

Our experience includes projects executed for fabricators, engineering companies, general contractors, and EPC contractors. We have successfully handled large projects, from simple to complex structures, to the satisfaction of our customers. Our expertise spans power, petroleum, chemical, manufacturing, commercial, and architectural structures, including designing and detailing projects in seismic zones.

We have executed projects in the US, Mexico, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and India. Our in-house facility includes a factory premises of about 87,012 sq.ft, equipped with 7 TIG welding machines, 13 MIG welding machines, 5 arc welding machines, and more. We have skilled workers, unskilled workers, and staff to manage operations efficiently.

Our in-house crane capacity includes 30 tons (2 units) and 10 tons (1 unit) mobile crane. We have plate rolling capacity up to 60mm thickness with a maximum width of 2500mm, air compressors, and a blasting & painting booth with a capacity of up to 5.2 meters in diameter. Our power capacity is up to 170 KW, extendable as needed.

We also have other machines like PUG cutting torch, gas cutting, grinding, drilling, etc. Our engineering is done as per the latest standards revisions, with design calculations performed using in-house developed software and verified through hand calculations. We adhere to ASME, EJMA, API, OSHA, and EN standards for design and analysis.

Our quality control ensures all products and equipment undergo a comprehensive testing program, including review of drawings, advanced review of calculations, material and welding consumables certificates, WPS PQR and WQR updates, NDE procedures, and operator qualifications. We conduct various examinations like RT, PT, MT, hardness testing, pressure & leak detection tests, PMI, inspection of refractory lining, surface preparation & paint system, and packing & marking checks.
